DocuDistri
DocuDistri^® automates a great deal of the daily activities within your local city hall. Activities like controlling and distributing valuable documents will be taken off your hands. This machine enables your employees to process passports and driving licenses quicker, safer and in accordance with the health and safety guidelines.

A simple solution: scan the document, place the document into the dispenser and DocuDistri^® will take care of all further steps in the process.

 

 

Storage of valuable documents

• Compared with the earlier time consuming methods, DocuDistri^® saves you lots of time. Sorting according to the alphabet becomes a piece of cake; just scan the document and the sorting process will happen fully automated. DocuDistri^® enables you to locate all stored documents at any time; just give the order to collect and DocuDistri^® will distribute the requested document.

Distribution of valuable documents

• As soon as citizens will collect valuable documents (e.g. passports, ID cards, driving licenses), you only need to scan the collecting receipt and DocuDistri^® will distribute the document to the counter. Within 30 seconds you are able to present the collected document to your customer. Because there is no need for the employee to leave the workplace, all attention goes to the citizen and that will contribute to improved satisfaction of the citizen!
